You don’t necessarily need experience but it’s important that you have a passion and appreciation for local radio; are able to work as part of a team; have an honest, reliable and professional approach and want to share Lincoln’s stories, places and people.
You might be someone from the broadcasting industry, now retired and wanting to share your valuable skills; a media student looking for practical experience for your CV; someone with useful and relevant transferable skills not necessarily from broadcasting. You could be someone who feels they have what it takes to add value to what we do!

Just released is a double album compilation of many of the artists that appeared on the Sunday Underbelly between Sept 2021 - June 2023, having their art promoted on the air by the wonderful Katy Baggot. All profits from this album will go towards keeping LCR FM a not-for-profit radio station, on the air - where all the staff are volunteers, giving their time freely to keep this highly complex service running and benefitting the wonderful county of Lincolnshire.
